La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable. Las habitaciones son confortables y modernas. El servicio de comidas ofrece opciones variadas y de calidad. Las instalaciones cuentan con dos ambientes de piscinas divertidos. La ubicación es cercana a la playa y al centro de la ciudad.

Para ser sincero, nada que no me haya gustado.

had a burst pipe in my room at 6am, water damage to my personal items and no come back from anyone

The value for money and the helpfulness of the staff.

Some occasional appearances of cockroaches... but this is something you cannot avoid in Gran Canaria, as far as we heard... and you cannot be too close-minded (gay boyfriends are very likely to pop up every day at the swimming pool right after its opening)...

Great pool area with two pools and pool bar. Clean and well-maintained. Lifeguard went above and beyond to return a lost phone. Convenient location, within walking distance to the beach and a wide range of bars and restaurants.

Having to wear a wristband throughout the stay was inconvenient. Noise from construction work and noisy neighbors affected the overall experience.

Close to the night life and beaches

Location -right across from Yumbo centre.

Can be quite noisy e.g. traffic and maids chattering early on Christmas morning.

The value for money at Servatur Barbados was excellent, and the room, although basic, was kept very clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the Yumbo Centre and a pleasant stroll to the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

The hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

We found the location close to the Yumbo center very convenient. The 66 bus from the airport dropped us outside the building. it was easy to get a taxi from the rank outside the yumbo center to the beach at Maspolamas(and at a very reasonable cost) Lots of choice for restaurants and grocery shops in the immediate locality. We will be back!

Due to the location of our apartment there was some noise from the street.(closing the windows helped!) The lifts did'nt stop at our floor due to a fault which meant an inconvenient detour via other floors to our room! (one wonders is this a longterm fault?!!) There was a shortage of sunbrollies at the pool (2 of the 3 available were permanently fixed in position!)

the staff were friendly and helpful,the rooms were cleaned regularly,there was a good size kiddies pool,theres a supermarket next door.the food at the pool bar was always lovely and served with a smile..

getting in and out from the rooms to the pool is awkward because we had to use 1 lift to get to reception and a separate 1 to get to the pool..

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice balcony overlooking pool, two lovely sun-filled pools, complementary wine for birthday celebration.

No negatives from this place.

Good location, friendly staff, facilities fine and weather perfect

Had trouble with very noisy neighbours in 403, as we were in 402, and police called twice, they trashed their room and yet we still saw them in the hotel....not sure why?? In the end, there were 3 of us and the table was small for 3, had we been 4 or 5, impossibly small. The sunbeds are very basic and uncomfortable :(

Pretty basic and at one time you would get a toaster and kettle. That has all gone and you now pay extra for pretty much everything

The friendly and helpful staff were outstanding - both at reception and the maid service. Any problems (which were minor) were dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a very helpful manner. Advice on local facilities and services was very readily forthcoming. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped for its price range. Changing of bedding and towels etc. was exceptional. The pool bar provided an excellent, friendly and reasonably priced service. The pools were clean and a good temperature. Barbados provided an excellent base for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. We hope to return.

A very minor quibble with the sunbeds around the pool - many were old and tired - a bit like the members of our party using them (lol). A few more umbrellas round the pool would have been nice. The pool itself was excellent and very clean.
